​Warrick County offers an excellent place to live and work.  Located in the southwest part of Indiana and along the Ohio River, Warrick County has four distinct seasons.   Average winter temperatures are in the mid 30’s with summer averages in the high 70’s.  Rainfall average for the area is 43” with snowfall averaging 9”. 

Housing is very affordable offering a wide variety of sizes and prices. You can find the home of your dreams at a price you can afford.  Taxes in Warrick County are lower than other metro areas.  Warrick School system is top in student achievement, teacher ratings and overall quality of education. 

Transportation between communities throughout the county is an easy drive. Highway 62 is a four-lane on west of Boonville, through Chandler and to the county line.  Hwy 66 is 6 and  4 lanes through the southern part of the county.  A bus system runs between Boonville, Chandler & Newburgh and links with the Metro Evansville Transportation System (METS) providing affordable transportation in the southern part of Warrick County. 

Three hospitals, several major physician offices located within the county provide excellent healthcare for residents of the county.
